Easter Weekend

We had a wonderful Easter weekend. We were able to spend time with lots of family. Tre especially enjoyed hunting easter eggs and playing with his cousins.

Let it Snow...

Tre enjoyed the snow this morning. This was his first time to play in it. It snowed just a little bit on Valentine's day, but it wasn't enough to play in. It did not take him long to realize how cold it was. He was ready to be back inside.

Visit Back Home

This past weekend Tre and I went back home to visit family. We had a wonderful time seeing everyone, but missed daddy a lot. We wish that he could have been with us.
Tre loves a guitar. My grandad had a mandolin that was a great size for Tre to play with. He had a blast! We are going to have to find him a small guitar to play with.
Tre and Grandaddy
Uncle Brett, Aunt Lindsey, and sweet little Ava came to visit as well. Tre loved Ava. He wanted to touch her, especially if she cried he would hury to her to see what she was doing.

Sweet Ava

Tre has a new love for pickles, especially dill pickles.

[He really needs a hair cut. Hopefully, we will get one this week. :)]

A visit to Children's

We had to take Tre to Children's Hospital today for a couple of tests to determine the cause of respiratory problems he has been having. For one of the test his arms were wrapped tight with gauze, tape, celaphane, diaper, and more tape. It looks like he has casts on his arms. He did not know what to do. He did not think he could move his arms, but soon learned that it was okay. He loved riding in the red wagon around the hospital. We travel back to Birmingham on Friday to see the specialist and talk about the results and next step. Please keep us and Tre in your prayers.
Tre has also begun to take a few steps. He has been standing alone and cruising around furniture, doors, and anything he can get his hands on for a couple of weeks, but has taken a couple of steps in the past 2 days. He will hold on to furniture, stand and then take a step to travel to something else behind him. It is unbelievable how quickly he is developing.
Hope you have a wonderful week!
